An excerpt from page 5 reads in part:

"The fact is that I was a Product Development Engineer in my own right, and had no desire whatsoever, to spend the next 20-years of my life shuffling papers, in a back room, as a Documentation Department Manager for Apple. There was no question in my mine [sic] that under the leadership of Jobs and Wozniak, I was standing in the shadow of giants, and that under no circumstances that I could imagine, would I ever get the opportunity to creatively manage any kind of project of my own."

Ronald Gerald Wayne (b.1934) is a retired American electronics industry businessman. He co-founded Apple Computer Company (now Apple Inc.) as a partnership with Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs on April 1, 1976, providing administrative oversight and documentation for the new venture. Notably just twelve days later, he would sell back his 10% share of the new company to Jobs and Wozniak for $800.
