The Elektra emblem appears in the bottom right corner. Elektra handled ten of eleven of Chapin's published studio albums prior to his 1981 death in a car accident on Long Island.

Harry Chapin was a Brooklyn-born singer-songwriter, guitarist, pianist, and harmonica player whose 1974 song "Cat's in the Cradle" reached number 1 on the U.S. Top 100 billboard. Chapin was beloved by fans for his inclusive sing-alongs and free concerts. A dedicated humanitarian, he was posthumously awarded the Congressional Gold Medal for his work to end world hunger.
