New York: Alcoholics Anonymous Publishing, Inc., 1957. Stated First Edition. In original dust jacket worn at edges. Illustrated. Very Good.

Inscribed "Dear Earl S-...all my gratitude for your dedicated service and your constant friendship. NY 9/16/58 Ever Bill."

The October 1961 issue of "Good News," published monthly in San Francisco by the Northern California Council of Alcoholics Anonymous, lists an "important" meeting of the Monterey Bay Inter-Group to be held on Saturday, October 28, 1961: "Meeting in cafeteria of Watsonville High School, Watsonville. Guest speaker is Earl S., Los Angeles. Meeting set for 8:30 p.m." This may be the "Earl S." to whom Bill W. inscribed this copy - Bill noted his "dedicated service."
