Among the outstanding items sold in our January 6th sale was an Albert Einstein typed letter signed, in which he admitted destroying an early Theory of Relativity manuscript, which sold for $100,000. In our March 3rd sale, we sold a single leaf of Einstein’s handwritten notes in German including 11 mathematical formulae for $46,875.

In our March 3rd sale, we sold a 4pp manuscript document signed by Thomas Jefferson and addressed to “My Friends & Children Chiefs of the Cherokee Nation” for $100,000, and a 2pp Civil War dated autograph letter signed by Abraham Lincoln regarding an Illinois railroad company vital to securing troop transport for $37,500.
