Yogi Berra & Phil Rizzuto Unique Signed Collection! "Holy Cow!" JSA Authentication
Archive

Special two-piece collection celebrating legendary Yankees Yogi Berra & Phil Rizzuto. The first item is a limited edition lithograph featuring a vibrant portrait of Berra in his Yankees catcher's gear, beautifully signed by Yogi Berra in silver ink across his chest protector. Numbered 337/500, the piece is also signed by the artist James Fiorentino, a nationally recognized sports artist, particularly known for his detailed watercolor paintings. The print remains in excellent condition with rich color and clean edges, with JSA holo on lower left, and measuring 13" x 16". Accompanied by a basic certificate from JSA.

The second item is an original New York Post Sports Extra cover dated August 5, 1994, featuring the bold headline "HOLY COW!" in tribute to Phil Rizzuto's retirement from broadcasting. This oversized page is inscribed with Rizzutos famous catch phrase "Holy Cow" and is boldly signed as "Phil Rizzuto. The newspaper features expected toning and is accompanied by a basic LOA from JSA. Measures 12" x 14.75".

Yogi Berra, a 10-time World Series champion and 3-time MVP, was not only one of the greatest catchers in MLB history, but also a cultural icon, known for his wit and famous "Yogi-isms." His close friendship with Phil Rizzuto, the Yankees shortstop-turned-broadcaster, spanned decades on and off the field. Rizzuto's enthusiastic and often emotional broadcasting style—punctuated with cries of "Holy Cow!"—made him a fan favorite throughout his long tenure in the Yankees' booth.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
