Signed photograph

Whitey Ford's personally owned signed black-and-white photograph featuring legendary pitchers Sandy Koufax of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Whitey Ford of the New York Yankees, shown together in uniform shaking hands during a historic moment of camaraderie between two of baseball's greatest left-handers. Both Hall of Famers have signed the photograph in blue ink, with Koufax's signature to the left and Ford's to the right. Accompanied by a basic LOA from JSA and a Letter of Provenance from the Ford family, signed by the son of Whitey Ford. Minor wear to the frame, boldly signed. The photograph measures 10.5" x 13.5" and is framed to an overall size of 17" x 20."

Sandy Koufax and Whitey Ford are widely regarded as two of the greatest left-handed pitchers in baseball history, each representing the pinnacle of excellence for their respective eras and teams. Ford, the longtime ace of the New York Yankees, earned six World Series titles and remains the franchise's all-time leader in wins, known for his pinpoint control and postseason dominance. Koufax, pitching for the Brooklyn and later Los Angeles Dodgers, was a strikeout artist and three-time Cy Young Award winner whose peak in the 1960s included a perfect game and four no-hitters. Though they pitched in opposite leagues—Ford in the American League and Koufax in the National—their careers briefly overlapped, and they shared mutual respect as dominant southpaws who defined big-game pitching. Often mentioned in the same breath in debates about the best left-handed pitchers of all time, their legacy is immortalized not only in the Hall of Fame but also in rare collectibles like dual-signed photographs that celebrate their greatness.
