A Certificate of Stock from The Walt Disney Company, dated January 16, 1992. N.p. Stock Number ZQ W00432116 granted one share of common stock in The Walt Disney Company to stockholders Mark M. Frost and Kevin Edward Frost of Jacksonville, Florida. Bearing the facsimile signatures of Chairman of the Board Michael Eisner, Secretary Doris A. Smith, and a Transfer Agent and Registrar along the bottom. The attractive certificate produced by Jeffries Banknote Company features a colorful composite vignette of Walt Disney flanked by a host of beloved animation characters at top. This stock certificate dates from the so-called Disney Renaissance (1989-1999), when Disney released a series of hugely successful feature-length animated films. The popularity of films like "The Little Mermaid" (1989), "Beauty and the Beast" (1991), and "Aladdin" (1992) boosted the company's value on the Stock Exchange.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.
