Vintage George and Martha Washington Salt and Pepper Shakers, Gold Leaf Paint with Hand Painted Discs

Vintage porcelain George and Martha Washington Salt and Pepper Shaker Set, with gold leaf paint accents and top edge. Most likely intended as a souvenir. Both corks present, but one cork was pushed into the shaker. One with George Washington in a white dress shirt and purple jacket with the other featuring Martha Washington in a peach-colored dress.

Lovely condition with no chips, but slight wear to the gilt paint. 2.25" tall and 1.25" square at the base. Accompanied by a set of 3 individual 1" enamel pieces of portrait renderings of Martha and George Washington. The pieces have a Velcro attachment adhered to the back and are velcroed to cloth (and as such are removable).

These would be great for a presidential collector or to add a bit of whimsy for your own Fourth of July picnic table.
