In full:

"Vera dear - Many thanks for the photos and the card-boards. The colors are great. I was in Monaco for St. Devote - Wed & Thurs. & started a picture with grey leaves on the coral back-ground. I think it will be quite pretty. You were dear to be so sweet to Francine Siri [private secretary of Prince Rainier]. She have [sic] the time of her life! Irene Pagés called me to say Mr. Drouan[t] would give me 9th June until the eve of the month for my exhibit - very exciting. Rainier arrives for a few days tomorrow. We will have some of Stephie's friends for lunch Sunday. Allie seems quite happy & doing well. I talked to John Carroll about the possibility of doing a poetry program in Pittsburgh for Am. Poetry Forum. Possibly afterwards an evening at Lincoln Center could be arranged end of Oct? Much love & many thanks."

Grace Kelly had a strong interest in flowers, from their aesthetic beauty, to their history in art, to their use in home remedies and beauty aids. Pressing flowers and creating collages became a creative outlet for the actress turned royal, and her artwork was put on display at the Drouant Art Gallery Paris in 1977.
