THEODORE ROOSEVELT (1858-1919) Partly Printed Document Signed "Theodore Roosevelt" as President, 1 page, 19.5" x 15.5". Washington, D.C., October 30, 1901. Countersigned "P. C. Knox" as Attorney General. Browned, soiled paper. Red paper seal, 2.5"-diameter, affixed at lower left. Mid-horizontal and mid-vertical folds, one through "Knox," creases and tears in folds crudely repaired and reinforced on verso. Dark signature of Theodore Roosevelt. Fair/Good condition.
