"Dear Phil.

To accomplish even the possible is satisfying; to accomplish the impossible must be enormously gratifying.

Only you--with your combination of intelligence, toughness, skill + patience--could have pulled it off.

All of us who have been privileged to work with you in past join you host of new admirers in extending congratulations--and best... for the year ahead.

Sincerely

RN".
