Partly Printed Document Signed "Oscar Hammerstein," 2 pages, 8.5" x 11", front and verso. Culver City, California, October 10, 1934. Completed by typewriter. Six file holes in blank top margin. Fine condition.
On Metro Goldwyn Mayer Corporation "Lion" letterhead. In part, "Assignment of all Rights. Know All Men By The Presents: 1. That I, Oscar Hammerstein, for a good and valuable consideration to me in hand paid by Metro-Goldwyn Mayer Corporation, a New York corporation, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have given, granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over and by these presents do give, grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over, forever, unto said METRO GOLDWYN MAYER CORPORARION, hereinafter referred to as the 'purchaser,' that certain story / adaptation / continuity entitled 'LIVE WHILE YOU MAY' hereinafter referred to as the 'work,' also the title and theme thereof..."

We currently ship via FedEx but if your purchase is shipping to a P.O. Box, we ship via USPS. All items are insured. We ship from our offices in Westport, CT. We may opt to use a third party shipper for very fragile, bulky or oversized items. Items requiring third party shipping will be denoted in the item description.
