A diverse collection of four separate components from an Extravehicular Mobility Unit (EMU) spacesuit. The group consists of Arm and Leg Sizing Inserts, as well as a Water Connector and pair of Mini Vent Ducts for the EMU's Liquid Cooling Ventilation Garment. Each item features their original labels with corresponding part number and identification. Please see below for further information on contents. Expected wear throughout, including scattered soiling and fabric creasing. Overall, very good condition.

The lot includes:

1.) EMU Arm Sizing Insert, Class I Flight Hardware. Sewn on orange label states "Arm Sizing Strip P/N 0103-89758-01[08] S/N 068". Accompanied by its original NASA parts bag with JSC Clean for Service, disposal, and parts labels, with NASA expected service life tag, and JSC parts tag also included. There is no flight history for this part. Measures approximately 8" x 2.5".

2.) EMU Leg Sizing Insert, Class I Flight Hardware. Sewn on orange label states "Leg Sizing Strip P/N 0104-82380-02[06] S/N 6874 Length 4.82". Accompanied by its original NASA parts bag with Boeing Inventory, disposal, and parts labels. NASA expected service life tag also included. Measuring approximately 9" x 5".

3.) EMU Multiple Water Connector Flight Component, Class I Flight Hardware used as a protective cover for a designated part of the Liquid Cooling Ventilation Garment (LCVG). Sewn on ILC DOVER label reads "Flight Protective Cover Multiple Connector" with NASA "Part No. 0100-82019-03, Lot #014". Housed within its original NASA pink parts bag with corresponding parts label, Cleaned For Service label, and two JSC Parts Tags included. Cover measures approximately 5" x 5" x 1".

4.) LCVG Hand/Arm Mini Vent Ducts. Each duct is identified in ink with Part #0107-82541-07-07, Serial #74, and were received at NASA in 1981. Together with its NASA parts label, Cleaned For Service label, and two JSC Parts Tags. These ducts ventilate the EMU spacesuit by drawing oxygen and expired carbon dioxide from the suit into the primary life support system (PLSS) for purification and re-circulation. Measures 8" in length. Accompanied by a color photograph depicting two astronauts wearing full length ducts.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.

Unless otherwise indicated, we do our own in-house world-wide shipping!

Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. All items will ship with a signature required option, and full insurance. Most items are sent via Federal Express, with P. O. Box addresses being sent through USPS. We insure through Berkley Asset Protection with rates of $.70 per $100 of value, among the lowest insurance rates in the industry. Our shipping department cameras document every package, both outgoing and incoming, for maximum security. In addition, we compare our shipping and handling rates against those of other auction houses, to ensure that our charges are among the lowest in the trade.

Upon winning your item(s), you will receive an invoice with our in-house shipping and handling fees included. ***We will ship to the address as it appears on your invoice. If any changes to the shipping address need to be made, you must inform us immediately.***

International shipments: In order to comply with our insurance provider, all international shipments will be sent via Fed Ex and customs paperwork will show a value of $1.00. International buyers should contact our office directly with any questions regarding this policy.

Third-Party Shipping Option: If a third-party shipper is preferred, the buyer is responsible for contacting them directly to make shipping arrangements. For your convenience, we have provided some recommended shippers. For your protection, we will require a signed release from you, confirming your authorization for us to release your lots to your specified third-party. At that point, our responsibility and insurance coverage for your item(s) ceases. Items picked up by third-party shippers are required to pay Connecticut sales tax. Items requiring third-party shipping due to being oversized, fragile or bulky will be denoted in the item description.
