1. James Monroe: a partly-printed land grant, 15" x 9.5" vellum, Washington, April 28, 1824, in which William Bradford is granted land in the township of Tuscaloosa. Countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Gresham, featuring torn but intact seal at lower left. Prominent toned folds, scattered foxing, soiling to margins but signature good.

2. James Monroe: a partly-printed land grant, 15" x 9.5" vellum, Washington, May 25, 1824, in which Edward Hull is granted land in the township of Tuscaloosa. Countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office George Gresham, with fully intact seal at lower left. Loss at top margin, prominent toned fold, moderate staining throughout, edge wear and soiling. Just good.

3. John Quincy Adams: a partly-printed land grant 15" x 9.5" vellum, Washington, December 1, 1926, in which Joshua Prewitt is granted land in the township of Tuscaloosa.
