"Few hobbies make richer returns to their devotees than stamp collecting. And best of all, the longer once pursues it, the greater the enthusiasm becomes.

It give me great pleasure to send cordial greeting to all who attend the International Philatelists Convention in Tulsa. I trust the Convention will be an enjoyable success and that as a result of its sessions interest in stamp collecting will be greatly extended.

Very sincerely yours,

Franklin D. Roosevelt"
