A group of four model airplanes signed by pilots Paul Tibbets, Chuck Yeager, Robert "Bob" K. Morgan, and Richard E. Cole. All with light wear, with two planes missing one blade of one propeller. All with bold signatures, overall very fine.

Paul Tibbets Signed B-29 Super Fortress Model. The "Enola Gay" model plane is a 1/72 scale model, signed "Paul Tibbets" in black felt-tip on the left wing. The plane has a 22" wingspan and measures 16.25" in length. With four removable front propellers. One blade missing from one of the propellers. The model comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a color photograph taken at a signing of a model. Paul Tibbets (1915-2007) flew the "Enola Gay" on August 6, 1945, when it dropped the "Little Boy" atomic bomb over Hiroshima.

Chuck Yeager Signed P-51 Long-Range Escort Fighter Model. The "Glamorous Glen III" model plane is a 1/32 scale model, signed "Chuck Yeager" in black felt-tip on the right wing. The plane has a 13.5" wingspan and measures 11" in length. With a removable front nose propeller. On October 14, 1947, Chuck Yeager (1923-2020) broke the sound barrier in a dangerous, top-secret flight not disclosed to the public until a year later.

Richard E. Cole Signed B-25B Mitchell "Doolittle Raider" Model. The model plane is a 1/48 scale model, signed "RE Cole" in silver felt-tip on the right wing. The plane has a 16.75" wingspan and measures 13.5" in length. With two removable front propellers. The model comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a color photograph taken at a signing of a model. Richard E. Cole (1915-2019) took part in the Doolittle Raid on Tokyo on April 18, 1942, serving as co-pilot to Lt. Col. Jimmy Doolittle. 

Robert K. Morgan Signed B-17 Flying Fortress Model. The "Memphis Belle" model plane is a 1/54 scale model, signed in silver felt-tip on the right wing. The plane has a 23.25" wingspan and measures 16.75" in length. With four removable front propellers. One blade missing from one of the propellers. The model comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and a color photograph taken at a signing of a model. Robert K. Morgan (1918-2004) was a bomber pilot with the 8th Air Force, flying 25 missions on the "Memphis Belle" during WWII. Following his European tour, he flew an additional 26 combat missions in the Pacific Theater.

This item comes with a Certificate from John Reznikoff, a premier authenticator for both major 3rd party authentication services, PSA and JSA (James Spence Authentications), as well as numerous auction houses.

Unless otherwise indicated, we do our own in-house worldwide shipping!

Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. We offer several shipping options, and remain one of the few auction houses who proudly provides professional in-house shipping as an option to our clients. All items will ship with signature required, and full insurance. Most items are sent via Federal Express, with P. O. Box addresses being sent through USPS. We insure through Berkley Asset Protection with rates of $.70 per $100 of value, among the lowest insurance rates in the industry. Our shipping department cameras document every package, both outgoing and incoming, for maximum security. In addition, we compare our shipping and handling rates against those of other auction houses, to ensure that our charges are among the lowest in the trade.

Upon winning your item(s), you will receive an invoice with our in-house shipping and handling fees included. ***We will ship to the address as it appears on your invoice. If any changes to the shipping address need to be made, you must inform us immediately.***

International shipments: In order to comply with our insurance provider, all international shipments will be sent via Fed Ex and customs paperwork will show a value of $1.00. International buyers should contact our office directly with any questions regarding this policy.
