A collection of twenty-six signed items by various famed authors and writers. Ranging from signed letters and cards to photographs and first-day covers. Most of the documents come with a COA from R&R Enterprises Autograph Auctions. The items have varying degrees of wear, soiling, toning, etc. All with bold signatures. Please refer to the photographs for further condition information. Includes the following:

1. Timothy Leary First Day Cover Signed. Measuring 6.5" x 3.75", United Nations, New York, dated September 21, 1964. Signed "Timothy Leary" in one of his two signature iterations.
2. Timothy Leary Signed Card. Measuring 5" x 3", No place, dated August 6, 1993. Signed "Tim Leary 8-6-93" in one of his two signature iterations. The card has a typed quote that reads, "Turn On, Tune In, Drop Out!"
3. Isaac Asimov Typed Letter Signed. 1p, measuring 5.75" x 7", New York, dated August 23, 1978. Signed "Isaac Asimov" and addressed to Carl Davis for his 100th birthday.
4. Tennessee Williams Signed Photograph. Measuring 5" x 7.25", New York, dated May 10, 1977. A black and white portrait signed "Tennessee" in blue felt tip. On verso, Williams has written "Vieux Carré" in pencil.
5. Heinrich Böll Autograph Letter Signed. 1p, measuring 6" x 9", No place, dated October 21, 1955. Signed "Heinrich Böll" and addressed to Mrs. Daves. Written in German, untranslated.
6. Ray Bradbury Signed Photograph. Measuring 5" x 3.5", No place, August 8, 1985. A sepia-toned photograph signed and inscribed, "Kevin, Good wishes from Ray Bradbury 8/8/85."
7. Martin Buber Typed Letter Signed. 1p, measuring 5.5" x 8.25", Jerusalem, dated February 16, 1964. Signed "Martin Buber" and addressed to Herr Rang. Written in German, stating he is unable to write an essay due to poor health.
8. Truman Capote Signed Card. Measuring 4.25" x 6", No place, undated. Signed "Truman Capote" in brown ink. With a small typed biography in German mounted to the top of the card.
9. John Cheever Signed TIME Magazine Cover. 1p, measuring 8.25" x 11", No place, dated March 27, 1964. Issue Vol. 83, No. 13, signed "John Cheever" in black ink.
10. Quentin Crisp Signed Photograph. Measuring 8" x 10", No place, undated. A black and white seated portrait signed and inscribed "To Gene from Quentin Crisp."
11. Fredrich Dürrenmatt Signed Photograph. Measuring 5" x 7", No place, undated. A black and white photo of the author smoking a pipe, signed "Dürrenmatt" at the lower margin.
12. T.S. Elliot Typed Letter Signed. 1p, measuring 7" x 8", London, dated April 30, 1959. Signed "T.S. Eliot" and addressed to Miss Elsie Dyson, thanking her for her encouraging words.
13. Buckminster Fuller Signed Photograph. Measuring 7" x 9", No place, undated. A black and white photograph of the author standing outside, signed "Buckminster Fuller."

Unless otherwise indicated, we do our own in-house worldwide shipping!

Applicable shipping and handling charges will be added to the invoice. We offer several shipping options, and remain one of the few auction houses who proudly provides professional in-house shipping as an option to our clients. All items will ship with signature required, and full insurance. Most items are sent via Federal Express, with P. O. Box addresses being sent through USPS. We insure through Berkley Asset Protection with rates of $.70 per $100 of value, among the lowest insurance rates in the industry. Our shipping department cameras document every package, both outgoing and incoming, for maximum security. In addition, we compare our shipping and handling rates against those of other auction houses, to ensure that our charges are among the lowest in the trade.

Upon winning your item(s), you will receive an invoice with our in-house shipping and handling fees included. ***We will ship to the address as it appears on your invoice. If any changes to the shipping address need to be made, you must inform us immediately.***

International shipments: In order to comply with our insurance provider, all international shipments will be sent via Fed Ex and customs paperwork will show a value of $1.00. International buyers should contact our office directly with any questions regarding this policy.

Third Party Shipping Option: If a third party shipper is preferred, the buyer is responsible for contacting them directly to make shipping arrangements. For your convenience, we have provided some recommended shippers.
