An absolute stunner Rawlings Haiti Official National League Baseball, multi signed from members of the Mets Baseball team in 1985. Outstanding vibrant inked signatures, inclusive of Hall of Famer, Gary Carter, and Key Players/Managers, Davey Johnson, Randy Myers, Dwight Gooden, Darryl Strawberry, Dave Magadan, Lenny Dykstra, Mookie Wilson.

Housed in an acrylic display box.

Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity by James Spence, who authenticated the above key players, however the baseball was signed by numerous others on the team.

 

An incredible classic! This 1985 Mets baseball is emblazoned with 28 signatures of Mets players, Coaches and Manager Davey Johnson. James Spence authenticated the signatures of 8 of the key figures below:

 

Manager Davey Johnson

4x All-Star 1968-1970, 1973. 3x World Series Champion, 3x Gold Glove Award, who later went on to become 2x Manager of the Year and was entered into the New York Mets Hall of Fame

 

Gary Edmund Carter

Hall of Famer Gary Carter, a catcher whose 19-year career was spent primarily with the Montreal Expos and New York Mets. Nicknamed "The Kid" for his youthful exuberance, Carter was named an All-Star 11 times, and was a member of the 1986 World Champion Mets.

 

Randy Myers

Myers began his Major League career with the New York Mets in 1985, and was a member of the Mets 1986 World Series-winning team (although he did not appear on the Mets' postseason roster then, he was given a belated World Series ring nine years later in 1995). Myers became a closer in 1988, in addition to  4x All-Star, and World Series Champion.

 

Dwight Goodman

Dwight Eugene "Doc" Gooden, nicknamed "Dr. K", is an American former professional baseball pitcher who played 16 seasons in Major League Baseball. Gooden pitched from 1984 to 1994 and from 1996 to 2000 for the New York Mets, New York Yankees, Cleveland Indians, Houston Astros, and Tampa Bay Devil Rays.4x All-Star, 3x World Series Champion, Rookie of the year in 1984, Silver Slugger award, and winner of the Cy Young award. He even pitched a No-Hitter in 1996.

 

Darryl Strawberry

Darryl Strawberry was perhaps one of the most electrifying players in Major League Baseball history. He entering the league with the New York Mets in 1983. Throughout his 17-year career, he made eight consecutive all-star game appearances and captured four World Series championships!

Lenny Dykstra

Leonard Kyle Dykstra, is a former Major League Baseball center fielder. Dykstra played for the New York Mets from 1985 to 1989. 3x All-Star, World Series Champion, Silver Slugger Award

 

Mookie Wilson

World series Champion and Mets Hall of Famer.

Remembered as the Met who hit the ground ball that rolled through Bill Buckner's legs in the bottom of the 10th inning of game six of the 1986 World Series.
