This document is a summons for Joams Wood to appear in court before Justice of the Peace Thomas Lineard. The crimes he is accused of are trespassing onto Nathaniel Hoor's property as well as then stealing Hoor's cannon for which Mr. Hoor expects to be reimbursed 30 shillings. Hoor states the he believes that his cannon was stolen by Wood sometime in May of 1689. The summons requires Wood to appear in court on the third Tuesday in June, presumably the same year though it is not specified in the text.
