address, and phone number, and email address so we can email you our offer.

After we review pictures of your items, if we have interest, we’ll make you an offer.

In special circumstances, we'll give you our Fed Ex account number, so you won’t have to pay any shipping
charges and also so your items will be fully insured while in transit to us.

When shipping your valuable items, please use the care necessary to package them
in such a way that they will not be folded or damaged during shipment. Your local
business center or mailbox store can assist you if need be. We recommend at least
sandwiching the material between two pieces of thick cardboard and then wrapping in plastic.

When your items are ready to be shipped, you can call FedEx at 800-238-5355 to arrange for a free pickup,
or bring them to any FEDEX dropoff location.
Upon receipt of your items, we will contact you with the exact amount that we would be willing to pay
for your items. Should you accept the offer, you will be paid immediately.
For larger purchases, we can even overnight the money to you, should you need us to.
Confidentiality
We deal privately with our clients, never revealing the source of our purchases. If necessary,
we can give you special covenants pertaining to the time and nature of the sale of your items.
