Football signed by 23 members of the 1963 Champion New York Giants.
Football Signed: “Don Chandler,” “Y.A. Tittle,” “Louis Guy,” “Aaron Thomas,” “Sam Huff,” “Jim Patton,” “Bookie Bolin,” “Andy Robustelli,” “Hugh McElhenny,” “Joe Walton” “Johnny Counts,” “Ken Byers,” “Lou Kirouac,” “Darrel Dess,” “Greg Larson,” “Del Shofner,” “Mickey Walker,” “Alex Webster,” “Jim Katcavage,” “Erich Barnes,” “Chas Killett,” “Tom Scott,” “Bob Taylor,” and “Lane Howell.” All but two on two panels. Twenty signatures are dark; there is adequate contrast in the other four. Probably also signed by at least two others whose signatures have faded. Huff, McElhenny, Robustelli, and Tittle are members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Prior owner’s identification “SHER” penned beneath laces. Evidence of wear on this 47 year old football. LOA from PSA/DNA.

In 1963, the Giants were 11-3, champions of the NFL East. Their 448 points scored, averaging 32 points per game, was tops in the NFL. On December 29, 1963, the Giants lost the NFL Championship game at Wrigley Field to the Chicago Bears, 14-10.
